The purpose of this book is to present to the general readership the Astronomers of Ancient Greece, men and women, to outline their work and to make known those who, although they contributed to the foundation of the science of the Sky, remained, however, for many reasons, unknown, not only to the public of scholars, but also to several experts in the history of ancient Greek science.
