This book is addressed to 3rd year high school students (4th and 2nd batch), but also to fellow mathematicians (given that it is a large collection of original solved exercises). It is written based on the new syllabus provided for this class and includes the chapters: Functions - Limit of a function - Continuity of a function.

The theory is presented quite briefly, but comprehensibly. The relevant methodology for the solution of the exercises is given not by "rules", but by references to the solved exercises of the group of elementary exercises.

At the end of the 3rd chapter, all the topics of the entrance exams of Greek and foreign universities, concerning the 4th batch or equivalent level, are included. After these topics, there are also 53 theoretical questions with their corresponding answers.
