FUNDAMENTAL REAL ANALYSIS

The book provides a fundamental course of real analysis and explores important properties of Mathematical Analysis by simple methods keeping abreast of modern trends, without becoming complicated. On the whole the book is self-contained. The development of various concepts is gradual and is supported by about 240 solved examples with several other illustrations preceding about 600 exercises set in each chapter form place to place. These examples illustrations, exercises amplify the theoretical concepts. In case of certain exercises appropriate hints for solution have been given.

The subject mater is presented in such a way so as to provide maximum aid to understand various methods of approach. The study is divided into nine chapters beginning with Preliminaries and Real Numbers, and ends with Riemann integration. Each chapter is further divided into suitable sections.
